HAD ONE FUNCTIONING TAIL LIGHT…..WHILE TALKING WITH the DRIVER 46 YEAR OLD DANIELHARRISON OF FOUNTAIN RUN…..DEPUTY COOKE DETECTED THE ODOR

OF MARIJUANA COMING FROM THE TRUCK…….. AND HARRISON WAS CHARGED WITH NO BRAKE LIGHTS, OPERATING ON A SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS

LICENSE, NO INSURANCE, NO REGISTRATION PLATES,  POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, OPEN ALCOHOL CONTAINER IN VEHICLE AND POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED

THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE WAS DISPATCHED TO A COLLISION  IN THE FOUR-THOUSAND BLOCK OF OLD GLASGOW ROAD……WHERE DEPUTY WAYDE KNOX CHARGED

THE DRIVER  43 YEAR OLD DACIA DANETTE BANDY OF ONE-21 PLEASANT RIDGE CHURCH ROAD WITH ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE…..

DEPUTY MCCLARD STOPPED A VEHICLE ON VETERANS MEMORIALHIGHWAY AFTER OBSERVING THE  DRIVER ON A CELULAR DEVICE…..THE DRIVER…..47 YEAR OLD

PENNY CLEM OF BOWLING GREEN SAID SHE WAS GETTING DIRECTIONS DUE TO HER  NEPHEW BEING ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL IN TENNESSEE…..AND SHE WAS

CITED  TO COURT CHARGED WITH COMMUNICATION DEVICE VIOLATION AND OPERATING ON A SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE……

AND AT THE ALLEN COUNTY DETENTION CENTER……DEPUTY BOBBY HARDIN SERVED TWO WARREN COUNTY WARRANTS CHARGING FAILURE TO APPEAR ON 23

YEAR OLD ANDREW WELLS OF BOWLING GREEN……
