while responding….deputies were notified that the daughter…..24 year old makayla groce had left the scene….deputies located groce walking on franklin road…..and she
was taken into custody by deputy austin cooke on an outstanding allen county warrant charging failure to appear…..
the mother…..connie croce who was in the driver’s seat of the vehicle…..told deputy wayde knox that makayle had gotten angry about the way the car was parked in the
driveway and makayle started hitting her in the head….connie tried to roll the window up….but makyle held it down and continued to hit her….she honked the horn to get
her son…..brandon groce’s help…..when he came out mikayla began to yell at him…..connie said she wanted to press charges and mikayla was charged with assault
fourth degree…..

trespassed…….trout…..who was intoxicated was located inside a camper on the property and charged with public intoxication.controlled substance…….
