court security contacted scottsville police to report they had detained david wayne taylor…..suspecting he had narcotics in his possession when he arrived at the judicial
center…..
officers searched taylor and located a green/brownish rubber piper and with the container weight…..14-point-nine grams of marijuana….taylor said he had done nothing
wrong and it was legal for him to possess the items…..and he was charged with possession of drug paraphernailia and possession of marijuana and lodged in the allen
county detention center…….
taylor was also served an allen county warrant charging failure to appear……
