HAVE THEIR ADDRESSES MASKED ON ALL STATE AND LOCAL PUBLIC RECORDS INCLUDING VOTER ROLLS….
THE PROGRAM REMOVED THE REQUIREMENT OF A PROTECTIVE ORDER….AND EXPANDED INTER-STATE RECIPROCITY…..OPENING THE PROGRAM TO MORE
PARTICIPANTS……
