SAFE AT HOME PROGRAM INCREASES 460%

KENTUCKY SECRETARY OF STATE MICHAEL ADAMS ANNOUNCED THAT PARTICIPATION IN  KENTUCKY’S  SAFE AT HOME PROGRAM HAS INCREASED BY 460-

PERCENT IN THE FIRST YEAR SINCE THE GENERAL ASSMEBLY EXPANDED THE PROGRAM AT HIS REQUEST….

 

SENATE BILL 79…..WHICH WAS PASSED IN 20-23…..EXPANDED THE COMMONWEALTH’S ADDRESS CONFIDENTIALITY PROGRAM…..ALLOWING PARTICIPANTS TO

HAVE THEIR ADDRESSES MASKED ON ALL STATE AND LOCAL PUBLIC RECORDS INCLUDING VOTER ROLLS….

 

THE PROGRAM REMOVED   THE REQUIREMENT OF A PROTECTIVE ORDER….AND EXPANDED INTER-STATE RECIPROCITY…..OPENING THE PROGRAM TO MORE
