two neighbors of a louisvile plant that was the site of a massive explosion earlier this month…..are suing the company….saying the blast damaged their homes and
caused emotional trauma…..
the suit claims the company…..givaudan u-s…..was negligent leading up to the november 12th explosion of a cooking vessel inside the plant that destroyed the
building…..killed two workerss….and flung debris into Nearby yards and homes…..
the company has said they are liable for the damages to the surrounding homes…..and that its likely the plant will be moved out of the neighborhood and rebuilt
elsewhere…….
