minors in kentucky who identify as l-g-b-t-q……
house speaker david osborne said he doesn’t have the ability to change law…… that is a legislative function and the governor is in charge of administering the laws…..
senate presidet robert stivers agreed…..saying the governor is getting into a total separation of powers issue……
the two legislative leaders haven’t discussed if they would support legislation during the 20-25 session to reverse beshear’s conversion therapy order…..but a lawsuit
could be filed……..:
