THE KENTUCKY STATE POLICE HAS RELEASED THE…….20-23 CRIME IN KENTUCKY REPORT…. WHICH DETAILS OFFENSE DATA FOR CRIMES COMMITTED IN 20-23……

WHILE COMPARING IT TO NUMBERS FROM 20-22……

 

OVERALL…..21-HUNDRED-12 MORE OFFENSES WERE REPORTED IN 20-23…..COMPAREDTO 20-22…..MAKING FOR A TOTAL OF 239-THOUSAND-930 OFFENSES

GAMBLING SAW THE BIGGEST DECREASE WHEN COMPARED TO CRIME RATES IN 20-22….. DROPPING  87-POINT-FIVE PERCENT…..WHILE HOMICIDE RATES WERE

DOWN ONE-POINT-58 PERCENT……

 

RATES  DID INCREASE SUBSTANTIALLY FOR ANIMAL CRUELTY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING IN THE COMMOMWEALTH…..JUMPING 35-POINT-ONE PERCENT AND 39-

IN SOUTHCENTRAL KENTUCKY THE ONLY HUMAN TRAFFICKING CASE WAS REPORTED  BY THE SCOTTSVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT…..

SEVEN-PERCENT OF THE ANIMAL CRUELTY CASES WERE REPORTED IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY……WITH 48 IN BARREN COUNTY…..FOLLOWED BY WARREN
